I'd go with your first thought: "The difference between a saloon and cocktail bar"
Well, Pairings is the next Mixology Monday.....
Tequila
This sounds good. It would be nice to know of some good tequila at a good price.
The Right Bar Tool For The Job
Tools are fun. Drinking is fun. Sounds good.
Drinks Every Bartender Should Know
It wouldn't hurt to do this.
Your thoughts on tequila and bar ice (at home ;) would be nice.
What's up with orange liqueurs, anyway? 'Sabout as clear as Grand Marnier. And plenty of people have told me which drinks that I, as a bartender, absolutely must know - but I personally never tire of fresh opinions. And the Pimm's Cup! Don't know exactly how much there is to write about it, but I've heard they've changed their formula or some such. I had No. 1 for the first time only last month and was relatively impressed by the complexity and balance it packed into a simple highball, but I'd be interested to hear what more experienced tipplers might have to say on the subject. And cuisine and cocktails! Goodness!
You've plenty of sterling material here. Get to work, even if it's only for my sake.

The Orange Liqueur Debacle sounds the most interesting to me. Although it would be the most interesting out of a very strong list.
